Next on the list

The next "real" entries will be about a trail of blood, the problem of evil, and (what the hell) more on the problem of evil. Don't expect anything too deep on that one. As a protestant I am not sure I can delve too deeply on that one :)

Sure you can! While I disagree with much of his thinking, someone like Martin Luther was very aware of the problem of evil. In that way, he was almost more Augustinian than St. Augustine himself! Sure, some of the Protestants have gone flaky on evil, but then again, there are quite a few Catholics who have done the same.

It seems to be one of the great difficulties in "loving the sinner, and hating the sin" - too often one hates the sin and the sinner, or one loves the sinner and ignores (or even comes to love) the sin.

Never eary, I wager.
